Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the mxly.plus site. The products themselves are governed by their own sites and by the formal agreements you sign with us; nothing here is a commitment about product functionality.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.
If you are accessing this site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so, and these terms bind that entity as well.
This site introduces the company and routes visitors to our products. It does not run any product functionality. Using a product requires separate registration or a signed agreement.
2. Nature of the site and scope of service
The site provides three things: an introduction to the company and its business scope, a one-line positioning statement and entry link for each of the four product lines, and a contact form.
The site offers no online transactions, payments, account registration or data storage. Submitting the form indicates only that you would like to discuss a product line; it creates no contract between us and no commitment by either party.
We may restructure pages, withdraw content or suspend the site without prior notice. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, network faults or events beyond our reasonable control, though we will keep such interruptions as short as we can.
3. Intellectual property
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the text, graphics, interface structure, illustrations, marks and page code of this site belong to Shenzhen Danfeng Mali Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and are protected under the laws of the People’s Republic of China and international conventions.
You may browse, print and excerpt page content for internal evaluation, procurement decisions or academic citation, provided you keep the source attribution and do not alter the content.
Without written permission you may not: scrape or mirror the site in bulk; republish content with marks removed; use page content to train AI models unrelated to this service; adopt our marks as a business name, product name or domain name; or present site content on another site by framing.
Illustrations on the site describe product structure only. They are not commitments about feature scope, interface appearance or deliverables.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with applicable law and not to:
(a) submit the form through automated scripts, crawlers, load-testing tools or any other non-human means; (b) forge request headers, origin identifiers or identity details to circumvent rate limits or security checks; (c) submit false or misleading information, or use another person’s name, company name or contact details; (d) submit unlawful content, content infringing the rights of others, malicious links or files containing malware; (e) probe or scan the site’s endpoints, directories or server configuration, or attempt to obtain non-public data or defeat access controls; (f) interfere with the site or with other visitors’ use of it.
We may decline to process any submission that triggers our anti-abuse rules, without notice, and reserve all rights in respect of such conduct. To avoid helping anyone probe those rules, we do not explain specific blocks.
5. What you submit
You warrant that the information you submit is true, accurate and complete, and that you hold any authorisation required to provide it — in particular, where your message mentions another person’s details, you must be entitled to provide them.
Submissions are not treated as confidential unless the parties sign a separate non-disclosure agreement. Please do not put trade secrets, detailed technical designs, identity numbers, bank details or anything else you would not want recorded into the form.
You retain your rights in what you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited to replying to this enquiry and to internal statistics, which ends when the retention period in our privacy policy expires.
We may delete submissions that breach these terms or applicable law.
6. Third-party links and product subdomains
Product entry points lead to other sites we operate (www.mxly.plus, starhub.mxly.plus, xq.mxly.plus) and to a WeChat mini program, each opening in a new window. Their availability, content, business rules and data practices are their own responsibility and are governed by their respective policies and agreements.
We make no warranty as to the content, security or legality of third-party sites or mini programs. You access them at your own risk.
Where this site links to a site we do not operate, the link is provided for convenience and does not constitute endorsement.
7. Accuracy of content
This site states only facts that can be verified: incorporation date, place of registration, legal entity name, Unified Social Credit Code, the number of product lines and their entry addresses.
Feature details, pricing, delivery timelines and service levels for the four product lines are governed by their own site pages and by formal agreements between the parties.
We make no commitment regarding any specific conversion rate, deal rate, lead volume, growth figure or return on investment. Examples, scenario descriptions and illustrations are explanatory only and are not guarantees of outcome.
Where information is not yet confirmed, we mark it as pending rather than filling the gap with an estimate.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We use reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If a claim, penalty or loss is brought against us because you breached these terms, broke the law, or infringed a third party’s rights, you will indemnify us for the reasonable costs incurred, including reasonable legal fees and litigation costs.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, including liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct and for personal injury.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms and will update the effective date at the top of this page. Changes that materially affect rights or obligations will be flagged prominently on the home page.
Revised terms apply from their effective date. Continuing to use the site after that date constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
10. Governing law and disputes
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and enforcement of these terms, and the resolution of disputes under them, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for this purpose excluding the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, the Macao SAR and the Taiwan region).
Disputes arising from these terms or from your use of the site should first be raised with us for good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings in the competent people’s court at our place of domicile.
11. General provisions
Severability: if any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force, and that provision will be applied to the greatest extent permitted, as close as possible to its original intent.
Entire agreement: these terms together with the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of this site, and supersede any prior oral or written statements on the same subject.
No waiver: our failure or delay in exercising any right under these terms is not a waiver of that right.
Language: these terms are drafted in Chinese. In case of any discrepancy with a translation, the Chinese version prevails.
12. Contact
For questions about these terms, permission requests or infringement notices, please use the contact page and state the subject and a contact address we can reply to. You may also write to ai@mxly.plus, or add us on WeCom using the card on the contact page.
